This informal evening is for anyone working in communications, from journalism and PR to comms roles across different sectors.

The aim is simple: to leave with more contacts than you arrived with, and hopefully to learn something new along the way.

Come ready to talk to people you don’t already know and to make connections that last beyond the room.

Tickets are £10 and include wine and nibbles courtesy of Tesco – this event will help support The Glitter Project, a national initiative created by Funny Women CIC empowering women through a programme of mentoring and open mic events to build confidence, improve communications and engender better health and wellbeing. Read more about our work and inspiration here.

There will be a short headline stand up comedy performance by journalist, broadcaster and author, Harriet Minter who graduated from last year’s fundraising Funny Women Glitter Challenge.
