Funny Women Live in Amsterdam
Sometimes I think the most romantic thing you can do is just stand in a room with strangers and admit that life is confusing and occasionally very funny.
If you don’t have a date, or if your date is just a very specific playlist and a bag of chips, or if you’re coming with a group of friends who have seen you at your absolute weirdest—this is your room. You don’t have to perform “happiness.” You just have to show up and let the laughter do the heavy lifting.
It’s about equal representation, but it’s also about that specific vibration that happens when someone says something true, and everyone laughs at the exact same time. It makes the world feel slightly less fragmented.
