After months of fierce competition with a record number of entrants, across 16 heats and 4 semi-finals spanning the UK, Ireland, and Europe, the stage is set for the biggest night in the Funny Women calendar — the Funny Women Awards 2025 Grand Final sponsored by BBC Studios – Funny Parts.
Now in its 22nd year, the Funny Women Awards have been celebrating and supporting brilliant new female comedy talent since 2003. This year’s finalists represent the very best of a bold new generation of comedy voices—following in the footsteps of past winners and alumni including Katherine Ryan, Sara Pascoe, Sophie Duker, Bridget Christie, Jayde Adams and Desiree Burch.

On the night, we’ll also be announcing the winners of the Funny Women Writing Award, Shorts Award, Content Creator Award, and our special Industry Award—with some very special guests and familiar faces joining us to present them.
