It hasn’t been easy but after much discussion and heated debate, we have managed to get our shortlist. We are pleased to say that this shortlist has an incredible range of styles, subjects, and scenarios that we will now present to our judging panel.
These scripts will go on to our next stage where we will pick a Top Three and the winner.

The longlisted scripts will now be put forward to a panel of judges from across the comedy industry until we reach our Top Three. The Top Three will be announced via the website, social media and emails to the successful entrants on Tuesday 14th September 2021. Good luck!
The winner will be announced at the Funny Women Stage Award final on Thursday 23rd September at Bloomsbury Theatre, London.
