Bristol Glitter Project Open Mic Night

This booking page is for ordering tickets to watch the Open Mic held after the Bristol Glitter Project Mentoring Meetup. You do not need to book tickets if you’re already attending the Meetup.

To book a spot at our Glitter Project Open Mic South West in Bristol please email southwest@funnywomen.co.uk and put GLITTER PROJECT OPEN MIC in the header.

This event is part of The Glitter Project – A Safe Place, a series of Mentoring Meetups and Open Mic events supported using public funding by the National Lottery through Arts Council England, and takes place at The Bristol Improv Theatre, a lively and characterful venue committed to developing Bristol’s thriving arts scene, under the direction of regional producer Louise Leigh.

This is a showcase event offering female and non-binary performers vital stage time, whether it’s their first time on stage or they are a more established act looking for ‘A Safe Place’ to try out new material.

Our line-ups include comedians from a range of countries, skill levels and comedy styles – so you never know what to expect! The hosts will be part of The Glitter Project mentoring team, who will also be available to give advice both to performers and even audience members around their comedy aspirations.

By attending our warm, supportive, hilarious gigs, you become part of a movement aiming to break down barriers and redefine the comedy landscape.
