HERlarious Virtual Reality Event

17/11/2020 @ 12:00 pm 1:00 pm GMT

This year has been tough, and we could all do with a laugh – so why not join us & NatWest on an immersive Virtual Reality Event!

Operating remotely has brought new and different challenges to our work, and indeed many business owners across the country. This event aims to help women and men thrive in the workplace, build their confidence – and boost their mood in this turbulent time.

Finding focus and inner calm with Jenny Bolt

Working on screen can often be bewildering and intense. It is hard to find focus as the virtual environment can be distracting and feeds our insecurities. Actors develop techniques before they perform and Jenny will combine her physical and comedic skills to help you tune in and focus your mind and body. She will show you some easy-to-do Yoga and meditation techniques that you can practise every day to boost your mood and improve your concentration.

Jenny Bolt trained as an actress, director and qualified yoga teacher. She is also an award-winning stand-up comedian, a skilled freelance workshop facilitator, Jenny coaches individuals in presentation skills, working regularly with Funny Women providing workshops and coaching strategies for many of its corporate clients along with running yoga and meditation classes.
