She is also the founder of Cabal\, the brilliantly eclectic private members’ club built around a simple idea: interesting things happen when you put interesting people in a room together. \nPreviously Chief Executive of The Marketing Society\, Gemma transformed it into a global community championing braver\, more human leadership. She also hosts the award-winning podcast Are You Sitting Uncomfortably? and was the first female President of the 100-year-old Solus Club. \nA speaker\, host and facilitator\, Gemma loves bringing people together\, getting rooms talking and asking the questions that make things interesting.
