Bridget Christie has a brand new show which will pilot on Channel 4! Show producers say: “At the tender age of 46, multi award-winning stand up Bridget Christie is making her much anticipated debut television show for Channel 4 Comedy.”

The Bridget Christie Television Programme – a utilitarian title if ever there was one – will see Bridget: “look at the state of the world in an innovative format that takes in stand-up, monologues, sketches and reinvented archive.”

The stand-up section of the show will be recorded at the Questors Theatre in Ealing Broadway “which has London’s cheapest bar” on Monday 23rd July in two performances at 7pm and 9pm.

While this is Bridget Christie’s first TV show, her comedy special Stand Up For Her was released on Netflix in 2016 and the comedian has discussed developing a sitcom for Channel 4, set in her hometown of Gloucester. Bridget has also had two shows broadcast on BBC Radio 4.
