Comedy and Cupcakes

Do you like cupcakes? How about comedy? How about award winning comedy?! If the answer to all those questions is "Yes siree," then why not join Funny Women Awards winner 2011 Lara A King for a night of all three! Monthly outing Comedy and Cupcakes is back for a last outing this Friday with a healthy dollop of laughter and sugary treats and this month has a line-up not to be missed.

Lara will host the evening and will be joined by some fellow Funny Women Awards alumni. The delightfully offbeat sketch stylings of That Pair share a bill with fellow 2012 finalist Lucy Frederick, who taught Edinburgh the inner workings of being hip back in August in In Pursuit of Cool. Katie Lane, fresh off the stage from this year's Final, will be joining them along with the brilliant Maureen Younger. This may be the last C&C for a while, but it's sure to be a fabulous mix of comedy and delicious baked goods – and best of all, it's FREE! What's not to like?

You can catch Comedy and Cupcakes at Karamel, Wood Green on Friday 1st November from 8pm.
